Calculate rank from the scores for the account

Hey Guys!
I have data designer fetch in this below format (Account Name, Overall Score). I want to assign them Rank using the formula. Higher the Percentage Higher the rank.
How do I calculate Rank in the data Designer.

I have 2000K  Accounts and all have a unique score. I want the rank to not repeat for any account.
This is same to the school classroom score and then ranking the students

wanted to achieve the same. Need to create rank based on a Field Values in DD or Rules.

Really appreciate if any one have any suggestions or work arounds.

@rakesh any update on this out of the box functionality?

Has the ranking been introduced yet in Data Designer? Eagerly awaiting this. 

Very interested in OOTB functionality around this, top X is a very common report request.
