Can you save and report on health score comments?

There's an interest among some on my team to maintain all health score comments, which we update for each customer weekly. 

Is it possible to retain all of these and report on them?

    I don't think there is a way natively to do it, but you could create a new MDA table, write a rule that runs weekly that would insert the current comments to a field every week.  

    Only way I can think of.  maybe others have other ideas.

    Jackie - I've seen quite a few customers move to Timeline entries for these type of updates and in many cases they're setting up a specific Timeline Activity Type for the process to make regular reporting on just those entries easier.
