There's an interest among some on my team to maintain all health score comments, which we update for each customer weekly.

+5I don't think there is a way natively to do it, but you could create a new MDA table, write a rule that runs weekly that would insert the current comments to a field every week.

Jackie - I've seen quite a few customers move to Timeline entries for these type of updates and in many cases they're setting up a specific Timeline Activity Type for the process to make regular reporting on just those entries easier.
