I would like to capture the date of the latest meeting as recorded in the Timeline (Activity type = Meeting) and push it into a field on the Customer Info.
I can't seem to find the Activity Type field when defining the rule.
Did anyone implement it?

Activity type name field is exposed as "Type Name", you can use this field to access Activity type.

Is this field accessible via Rule? What is the source object? I wasn't able to find it.

Hi Einat,

Only Bionic rules can be built from Timeline Activity data. Object Name = Activity Timeline. Limitation: Notes and attendees cannot be added in show fields or filters as they are not available in this object.

Thanks, Nitisha
