Hi,





I sent out a CSAT survey on October 9th using Journey Orchestrator and I thought a reminder email would be sent out today.





I set the conditional wait as after 21 days a reminder email will be sent and The recipient's response to survey will not be considered After 90 days from Survey Email.





Is there a way to see if a reminder email was sent?





I am wondering if I configured and understood how conditional wait works.





Any feedback will be greatly appreciated!

You should be able to see the follow-up emails that were sent in the Program Analytics.
