Confirmation on Filter Setup in Program for Quarterly Sends

I'm looking to have someone/anyone confirm whether a particular filter I've set up on a Program will function in a way that I want.

The goal is sending an email at the end of the quarter for purchases that have been completed that quarter. Since there is no Quarterly sync schedule for Query Builder, I figured I would workaround by setting the sync to monthly, last day of the month, and then use the following filter at the end where "Last Day of the Quarter" is a Date Calculation off the Close Date from the Opportunity and "Rule Date" is self-explanatory here:

    @rakesh_lingala  I confirmed that this does work as expected. Having a Date Calculation field in the Transformation Task to find the Last Day of the Quarter and then using the a filter to determine if Rule Date equals to the Last Day of Quarter does limit the sync of new participants to only quarterly.
