Connecting Timeline and Sentiment Score

Hi!

Is there any way to connect Timeline and the Sentiment score? Either having the capability for CSM to update Sentiment directly from a Timeline log or if there was a way to auto-log a Timeline activity once the Sentiment score is updated?

    You can have a sentiment dropdown in Timeline that CSM can choose while posting their updates. After that, simply create a rule that feeds into your health score for that measure. Rule would source from 'Activity and Timeline' MDA object and have a set score as an action.
