You can edit the default page, but you can't remove the 'survey' opt out category. This allows for contacts to think they're opting out of surveys, but given that our surveys are deployed from another system, they are not opting out.





You can create a custom preference page and can remove the survey opt out category (contrary to the documentation) but you can't remove the reasons or the number of reasons.





Why isn't is possible to to have an opt out page that doesn't ask for reasons? Why is it not possible to have 3 reasons instead of 5? Why is it so limited? Gainsight controls too much of our customers' experience for opting out.
