Hello!
We have a customer who cannot open a survey via the link in our Program outreach. This is only ocurring for this one customer. I am going to be connecting with them to try and troubleshoot but was curious if anyone else has experienced this and if there is a common reason why it happens? (Certain browser, Email restrictions, Pop-up blocker, etc.)
Any insight is much appreciated!

I have had this issue before - mine was a result of a mapping issue. Gainsight fixed an issue not to long ago that fixed a bug with mapping the IDs back to the survey which caused my links to break. Not sure if it is related as our links did not work for an entire program, not just one contact.
This is a fundamental thing. Please route the issue through Gainsight support.
