I'd like the capability to set a default CTA type. For example, we are going to roll out CTA Type= Manual for the CSMs who create manual CTAs. If someone creates their own CTA, we would like it to default to manual automatically without them having to select it.



I like the idea Marissa, I think being able to set default types would be huge.

Thanks for sharing this. How often would CSMs be creating manual CTA's ? Also, ideally you'd want all the othe values to be prefilled with default values ?(like status / priority etc.?)
