Default value selection isn't appearing for dependent picklist on CTA config

@abhi1289 Since the pick list is made as dependent, it cannot have a default value since the value will change based on what’s selected in the controlling field. For example, if the controlling field is country and dependent field is city, let’s assume the following:

Default value for controlling field: USA

Default value for dependent field: Hyderabad

This will create a conflict since the controlling field and dependent field relationship are broken. Since the system doesn’t know what value in controlling field is selected, dependent field can never have default value.
