How to create a dependent dashboard filter?
For example, I have a dropdown list 1 and controlling dropdown list 2.
I want to create Filter using these both in such a way that if I select any value in 1st filter then its dependent value should appear in 2nd filter.
Can anyone have any hack or solution to implement this in Gainsight? Thanks in advance :)
This is currently not supported, however, if you select a set of criteria in dropdown #1 and a set of criteria in dropdown #2, the resultant filter set would be the records that match both dropdowns - so essentially the same outcome.
