I've noticed the section to "Enable Link Tracking" in email templates 2.0, but I can't find any supporting documentation regarding what this actually does.
Has anybody used this before? Does it just enable click rates when individuals click on that link?

We added a bit more explanation of link tracking in the Create Email Templates article too.
+4That's right. Link tracking isn't always turned on any more since some folks have found that it can impact deliverability.
