We are currently firing emails based on CTA closure but would like to get more granular if possible. Does anyone know if it’s possible to automatically fire an email (not email assist) based on closure of a specific CTA task? -- I do see that there is a task count field but that doesn’t seem reliable given they don’t have to close the tasks in a particular order. Thanks!
