Formatting of Inline surveys

Hi All,

I am having an issue with Inline Surveys, What I want is looks like the following.

But am getting Like this -

1. How can I Remove the neutral option from the survey question placeholder?
2. How can I middle them like the first picture?

Please give me some suggestions onto this.

Thanks

Nitesh
