I am receiving email from Gainsight 360 with the certain reports. The sender of the email is Gainsight Customer Success <no-reply@gainsight.com>. Can anyone help me to find how this type of emails triggers from the org?

 

@pranjalgangrade It looks like a journey orchestrator email, but I suspect it’s coming from the GS instance and not yours.  @@johnheintschel  looks like it’s coming from you.  Can you help?

Hi @pranjalgangrade  - this was triggered from Gainsight’s Journey Orchestrator program and has since been updated. Are you no longer receiving the email?
