Hey @thesimpledata From the above it appears GS doesn’t have an add-in for our IBM lotus notes. This reply may not exactly fit within the confines of your original question but within our internal IBM Community there is user specific information and in particular an FAQ Q/A regarding setting up “email to timeline”, https://w3.ibm.com/w3publisher/gainsight-user-community/help-and-support/faq.

 

So even though it doesn’t exactly answer your original question the article does provide guidance on how you can utilize the emailt to timeline functionality.  Disregard if it isn’t pertinent.

what email client does IBM use? if it its outlook we do have add-in for outlook. Here is the more details.

Ibm uses Lotus Notes . We have a lotus notes web client called Verse

@thesimpledata  we do not support lotus notes as of today. But you can use Bcc to timeline feature, where by using a Bcc email id you can log emails to timeline.
