Is there a way to differentiate between a Company and Child account when using Gainsight Assist in Outlook?

Companies that have the same name as a Child account are not able to see which option to select to tie the email to the proper Company timeline.

 

We are facing the same concern. Parent names are sometimes the same name as the child names. We prefer to record activities at the child level, but often these are being recorded at the parent level because of the same name. Similar to searching a company in Gainsight, it would be nice to have other fields to identify more information about the company (in our case whether it is a parent or child which we have a field to designate).

This is already in the roadmap but with no ETA for now.

We are currently having the annual planning cycle to decide what we would work on next at a company level.
