Gainsight Sally search function recognizes acronyms.

Currently Sally will only query data if the name that is entered is the full name of the account inside gainsight. For accounts that have a long name it would be nice if in the future you could abbreviate the name so that your search in sally isn't so long. You're also less likely to mess up the spelling of the account sense it has to be word for word. :)

I also note that in Gainsight presentations and demos, Sally is sometimes shown responding to customer acronyms rather than whole names.

In our implementation, we can search for customer by either acronym or name as shown in this screen snip.

Yes, at a minimum it should be fuzzy search so if I type Gfogle instead of Google, it should still show me the right set of accounts that match my query.
