Posting this to check if there would be any future improvements with regard to this case!!!





I have noticed quite a lot of cases, wherein when the customer is creating a report on Activity Timeline and he/she includes the field from GS lookup, the data isn't coming in those field. When checking with the internal team, it is found that it takes sometimes 1-2 days to sync the data in those field and have been asked to use the similar fields from other look-ups.
