How to Sync an Existing "Unsubscribed" List

Is it possible to sync an unsubscribed list from a 3rd party software onto GS? Our team currently has a list of users who have previously unsubscribed from receiving any notifications/emails. Would be great to import this list if possible so that no further communication can go out to these users from JO.

Hi Julie,

You can certainly bring in that contact list into a custom MDA table in Gainsight and then use that table as part of your validation in a bionic query to ensure that any participants that meet your initial selection criteria are not on this "unsubscribed" list.
