When creating a CTA, there is a comments field. However I can't figure out how to edit those comments once the CTA is created. This is on the CTA itself, not on the tasks. Is there a way to update the comments?

Hi Brian,
You simply put your cursor in the Comments field and start typing. When you click out of the field, your comments are saved.

Hey Brian,
Looks like something is off with your detail view layout. It was completely blank, till I added a few fields to it (Administration --> Calls to Action --> Detail View Layout Configuration) and things reappeared. I'll check if this is a known issue.
Thanks,
Manu

Brian,
I confirmed with the team that this is a known issue, and will get fixed very soon. As an interim solution, we just need to ensure that at least one field is added to the CTA detail view layout (for each CTA Type).
Thanks,
Manu

Thanks Manu, I did not have the comments field added to the layout of the CTA. Once I added that our users were able to see and edit it.
