If a CSM deletes a task from a CTA, can admin recover it?



Deleted CTAs should be available in the user's sfdc Recycle Bin:





If you have 'Modify All Data' permissions, you can do this for the CSM or you can have the user find the CTA in their Recycle Bin.





Undeleting the record from here should add the CTA back to Cockpit:
