Currently only GS admin can build reports. Is your use case for a CSM user to create license or potentially have someone in ops not have admin access. thx

Hi Gaurav, Are the instructions in this Support article for creating a separate tab outside of the Gainsight Administration area still valid (assuming you're not on SF Lightening yet)? https://support.gainsight.com/Product_Documentation/Reports_and_Dashboards/Admin_Configuration/Grant...

Those instructions are still valid, Elaine. As mentioned in the article, in addition to the tab, you'd also need access to the Report Builder VF page that non-admins by default won't have access to.

Before implementing this though, we need to be aware that this would give the non-admin(s) access to all reports and all data.

Also please be aware that Report Builder is an admin feature and should be used by folks with an Operations license.

Appreciate it Gaurav,  My actual admin gave me access to the Reports 2.o version which is what I needed.

[i]I have added a custom tab for your login called "Reports 2.0" without the need to provide you with Gainsight admin access.

Appreciate the help

The referenced instructions are not valid (or are no longer valid) because they grant access to almost all (if not all) Admin features via the bump out menu. Is there a way to grant access to ONLY Report Builder without granting access to all of Admin? Can the bump out menu be hidden from the Report Builder VF page?
