If I happen to fire the same CTA for the same contact, will Gainsight stop it from creating a duplicate CTA or will it know that one already exists?

Hi Ky,
The way to prevent duplicate CTAs would be to include the contact email address (or ID or whatever) as a token in the CTA Name, and then use the "Include in identifiers" checkbox. The only things Gainsight uses to prevent CTA duplication via a Rule are CTA Name (if you check that checkbox), Account Name, CTA Type, and CTA Reason.

Is there a way to prevent this for closed CTAs that have closed within a specific time frame, like School Start Date and School End Date for example?
