I understand that this limitation was put because while exporting the report the legends are getting truncated but is there any chance we can increase the limit without truncating them while exporting? Can this be reviewed again?

Currently, we are not looking to review the limits.
However, we do realize the problems this causes for exports and are actively looking at some other option which would solve this problem.
