In Rules Engine, Action Type note available

I have an existing rule "CTA: LMS Registrations Increase-Decrease Y/Y" that now the Action Type is blank. When created it was 'create CTA' or something like that. Now options are only to "Load". What has changed and how do I now update my rule to create a CTA?

    Hi Lauren, I've logged in and validated the above rule, I don't see any issue. Action Type is loading as expected. Please let me know if I am missing anything
