We are implementing Gainsight soon; I need help assessing the risks of implementing Gainsight directly in production vs. Sandbox first.
The concern is that there are a lot of manual things and configurations that we would have to be done twice (sandbox and production).

I'm sure other admins can share more experienced perspectives on this question, but I also wanted to point out that we have functionality that allows you to copy configurations from a source org, such as a Sandbox, to a destination org like Production. We refer to it as Cross-org migration.
