Is it possible for me to get an email notification whenever Activity timeline is updated by CSM ?
I wanted to get an email alert when a CSM updates the activity timeline. Is this possible?

Do you want a notification each time an activity is created on any account? Would this not create noise in your mailbox? Can you please share your use-case with us. May be the use-case gets solved by creating a report, this will help reduce noise for you.
