Do most folks who implement Relationships do so first in a sandbox and then in production? What are some other use cases for purchasing a Sandbox specifically for Gainsight?

Hi Anastassia,
I added your post to a few more topics to increase the visibility. Many Gainsight customers use Sandboxes. Some reasons include testing new functionality; or configuring rules, reports, or other assets, and once finalized, migrating them to their Production orgs.
I'll let other Admins comment, as I'm sure there are other solid reasons for using Sandboxes!
