Our onboarding team has noted that the sponsor remains in “Pending” status sometimes for as long as a month after trying to connect an individual to their LinkedIn profile. Is this feature still solely human validated? Is anyone else experiencing great delays? It seems that we have to constantly file Support tickets to get this expedited in a timely manner, which is just unsustainable. Would love to hear if there are any enhancements in the roadmap for this feature.

Sponsor Tracking is mostly automated, though if there is not an exact match and it’s assigned a pending status, then some human intervention is done to help process those records.

@dan_ahrens can you explain what goes on behind the scenes when human intervention is involved? 


Hi Ana, basically just that a human reviews those records that are not able to be automatically resolved by the software and attempts to validate the social network link for that contact.
