We have created some reports where CSM names are specified coverage purposes. Is there a global "find and replace" action? If not, it would be amazingly helpful to have this functionality when a CSM has moved on and whose accounts are now assigned to someone else.

Would this Mass Edit capability help for your use case to allow you to reassign all CTAs and Tasks for this kind of global replace? You can also leverage rules engine for updates to other key objects - like Customer Info.

Thanks for the link but I am not asking about mass edit in a cockpit, more about report builder. If I build a dashboard for our EMEA team and there are CSM changes in a region, I will need to go into each report and update the names.
