Is there a way to change the summary widget on the C360 page?
Can I edit what is shown on the C360 page summary or is it defaulted?

Is there a way to add more widgets to the Summary? We don't use cases, but would like to create other widgets
+5You get to put 6 widget boxes in the summary + attributes. There is not a way currently to add more.

The number of boxes is capped, as Denise mentioned, but you can create your own custom widget reports. I've covered the process on the other thread.

For some reason I can't see where I can delete the number of boxes and it appears it's required to have all boxes filled. Can someone show me how to only have 3 boxes for example? Thanks.
