I would like to create a program in Journey Orchestra that sends out an email to our customers requesting employee count updates. Ideally, their response would populate into a relationship field. Is this possible? 

@vinaluu97  my understanding is you are planning to use a survey in JO program and send it your customers for employee count; if so we need to write a rule using the survey response as source and relationship as target to update employee count field on relationship object.
