Gainsight has identified an issue with our Sponsor Tracking feature and are currently working on a fix. In the meantime, customers might experience intermittent issues while using this feature. Please reach out to Gainsight Support (support@gainsight.com) with any questions that you might have with regards to this incident. We apologize for this issue and will provide an update on this thread once the feature has returned to fully operational.



We have heard back that this issue has been resolved. We will continue to monitor and please let support know if you see any issues with this feature.
