Journey orchestrator and Email: Sending Results of a Survey to External Emails (Users w/o Gainsight License)

Hi Everyone!

I am trying to create a program that will send out an internal email to specific users--one to the CSM and one to the implementation manager when their related respondents submits a NPS of 8 or less; however, our CSM have access to Gainsight, but our implementation managers do not.

Can this be accomplished or  configure in Gainsight programs? Have you guys done any work around to accommodate this type of request?
