I've watched the following webinars...

and clicked through much of the documentation here...
and I still can't find an answer to a relatively simple question:
In Journey Orchestrator, when creating a new Program, what is the difference between Type Account and Type User?
I observe that there are four models available to Type Account vs. one for Type User but aside from that I can't find any documentation explaining the differences.

Essentially, Account is for external programs (i.e. to customers) and User is for internal programs. Programs at the user level do not require the Account ID to be mapped in the setup.
Thanks for your reponse, Spencer.
Could you give example use cases of each? From what you mentioned, I'm inferring that I'd use Account for an email campaign to users and User for a more CTA-based flow but I feel like I'm conflating functionality and purpose.

Designing a program at the account level would be used for emails/CTA follow-ups to external recipients to your customers. User level would be for internal emails/CTAs to people at your company (and therefore wouldn't have an Account ID associated with them).
