I am trying to set up a routine to monitor the execution of power list runs as well as program runs.

I believe that power list run reports are only sent to the creator of a power list. We have an administrator leaving who created several power lists.

How do we get those reports to be sent to another administrator?

I did not receive an answer on time for my need so I recreated the Power lists in question.

However, Support informed me of the scenarios when the email get's triggered in case the followers of this post are interested to hear:
  • If it's a Manual run, user gets the email irrespective of the status (Failed or Success) and the mail will go to the person who executed.
  • If it's a Scheduled run and Failed, then Oauth user gets email but if it is Scheduled and Success, then we are not triggering any emails
