"Most recent" filter in Scorecard fetch

When pulling from the Scorecard History tables in MDA, it'd be helpful to have a "Latest" or "Most Recent" option when filtering for the Snapshot Date, to ensure that customers are getting the most recent data when pulling the data for rules or building reports!
