I believe that comments generated via rules are updated once per week. The intent is to prevent clutter in the comment history. @shantan_reddy can you confirm and provide your inputs as well, please?
Thanks @dan_ahrens - In my example, when I run the rule that updates the CSM Sentiment, I need to include the comment as to why it has been set that way so that anyone looking at it will know why the score was set that way.
That’s how it functioned previously - when you ran the rule it immediately would add the comment so that it was instantly available for end users to review
What you’re describing would prevent end users from seeing the latest comments (i.e. reason the score changed) until later in the week? That doesn’t seem like the ideal scenario.
@darkknight The latest comment should show up immediately. We keep updating the same timeline activity with the latest comment if there are multiple comments added within the week.
The last comment in the week would be the one that gets stored once the week ends. While the week is in progress, it is always up-to-date with the latest comment.
I have added the team, so they can look into the issue.

Thanks @shantan_reddy! I assume more documentation with details such as this will be available here later?
@darkknight Yes, we will add this detail as well.
@prashant_mathapathi Can you please add the detail in this thread to the feature docs? We can be clearer about the behaviour in the docs.
From my previous comment in this thread:
