I just noticed that I was not receiving notifications for a (recently created) Relationship for which I am set as the Customer Success Manager. Should everyone deliberately follow newly assigned accounts or should this be happening automatically for Gainsight users who are linked to the Company or Relationship (e.g., as CSM)?
