How are others calculating their NPS Score for a client? Is it a conglomerate of many attributes or just a survey here or there? Do you ever combine surveys that are taken at different times to creat an overall NPS or is everything seperate? Thank you.

Yes, we use the GS NPS. However, my question was are there other attributes that companies have used to create a more encompassing NPS view rather than just a survey?
By definition, NPS scores are based on the NPS Survey question (How likely are you to recommend ...). I think what you're getting at sounds more like an overall health score.
