Operational Emails Should Not Be Limited to the Email Chain Model

We are launching a survey and following the survey response, the recipient will receive a confirmation email and an email will be sent to an internal mailbox. This survey and the confirmation email are regarding a required system upgrade and is no way Marketing related.

I should not be required to include an unsubscribe link in a confirmation email or an internal email.
