Greetings,





I updated a few email templates by mapping the tokens inside the template itself (great new feature!). The Opt-out settings are set. I have a category and a page identified. When I send this email through "send email" inside a CTA (another great new feature), the resulting email does not have the opt-out language.





Aren't the opt-out setting supposed to apply in those conditions?

As the emails sent from cockpit are more 1:1 communication and not marketing emails, we do not show opt-out option. Hope this answers your question.
