Is there a way to order the health bar charts in this order: Green, Yellow, Red?

Hi Mike, assuming you are referring to how visualizations are ordered in reports, the ordering is alphabetical, so adding a prefix like "1 - Green, 2 - Yellow, 3 - Red" will let you accomplish this.
You can do this without needing to change the names of the fields in the objects, as we allow you to configure field name aliases for use in reports: more info here.
