Hi,
Is it possible that your outlook calendar could be synced to Gainsight like your emails can with the Gainsight Assist tool.
Our CS is having success tracking their email communications, but find that their customer meeting activity is being missed as it requires manual entry.
Any possibility on roadmap or alternative?

It is referring to Google Calendar but I just added a comment to request this for Outlook as well. It does look like it is planned but there is no ETA.
If you ever had a profile with us, there's no need to create another one.
