We have 6 different scorecards for their different Tier customers. For each tier, they defined criteria to set score. For these 6 scorecards, we have 6 scorecard fact tables. So, we want to see the Scores with colors, we have to build 6 different reports with "Scorecard Mass Edit". But to see all the accounts at one place instead of 6 reports, we can build report on "Company" object but it will not show the colors.

Below is the sample report I built on Company but it does not show colors.

We want to see the colors instead of Text or Number. But it is not possible to show the colors like Scorecard mass edit in the below report. We want to add this report to the dashboard for their executives like VP or above.  Is there any way to combine all the data from Fact tables to show at one place with colors(Just Overall Score is enough)?
Hi Krishna,

Thanks for sharing this. Today, it is not possible to create have a tabular report with colors the company object.

It is on our roadmap, to solve this & provide the ability to create a Mass edit style report across accounts using multiple scorecards. I will keep you updated as when we make progress on this.

Regards
Have we made any progress on this? Users love seeing the mass edit style report so they can easily see all aspects of health in one view for a portfolio of accounts. Similar to Krishna, we are seeing this need for our execs as well.

We have reports based on the company object, but as soon as the user sees the health score, the next question is always to understand what measures make up that score. This involves clicking into each account one by one. This is probably a tough thing to solve since the scorecards can all have different sets of columns. However, I rendering the overall score as a color similar to the mass edit view would be a great first step.

Hi John,

Are you using multiple scorecards? This is something we are actively working on (providing the ability to create a single mass edit report across multiple scorecards).

Hi Aditya,

Yes, we are using multiple scorecards. Currently, we have our customer base segmented into two groups based on size. However, we'd like to create more segmentations based on things like lifecycle, etc.

The more segmentations we have, the more complicated the reporting becomes. The single mass edit report across multiple scorecards would be a huge value add!
