Hi everyone,We are excited to share a Sneak Peek into a new feature called Personalized Notifications from Sally.
Sally is already a capable assistant, responding to your questions and instructions, but Sally wants to also be a more proactive Customer Success assistant. Instead of being purely reactive, Sally will help you by initiating conversations, when appropriate.
Our intent is to enable Sally to reach out to CS and non-CS users in a targeted manner, delivering valuable information at relevant times.
We are looking for a small pilot group of Gainsight customers to participate in an Early Access program which will help us ensure we are delivering on the intended value.
