Preview and Proceed are not visible if screen is zoomed out as little as 90%

Had a user today complain they could not see the Preview and Proceed at the bottom of their email assists. After some odd testing, she happen to zoom in and it appeared. So it turns out if you zoom out even 90% of your window, the bottom portion of the email assist window, disappears.

Note this only happened on a MAC machine.

Sorry for the in convenience. 

We tried reproducing the issue and we din't notice it, screenshot or a video will help us.

Adding more info, it should be zoomed out past 90%, the user also reported this on a Mac using Chrome Version 72.0.3626.96

Hard to post the email window without cutting it all out but its just nothing there.
