I just realized that many of my programs show successful CTA creation in both the snapshot view and the activity feed when they have actually been failing. The only way to know that a CTA failed to be created is by seeing a contact with a dropped status in the participant list and viewing the reason, or by clicking into the created step in the activity feed.
Makes it kind of hard to know whether or not your program is executing successfully and as expected.
