Question. Is there a way to upload photos of Contacts to the system?

So it's been requested a few times - if it's possible to upload photos of contacts in the system.  I see a picture icon - but can't seem to find a way to upload a picture.  Much in the way that users are able to upload a picture of themselves in the system.

    Hi Sagan,

    I'm pretty sure this isn't possible directly in Gainsight. I found some links to old Salesforce docs that claim it's possible to upload a photo to a contact record, but I can't actually find the option in our SFDC instance. If you're using Sponsor Tracking, and tracking a contact who has a profile photo in linkedin, then you'll see their image in the ST section. But I know that's not what you're asking for!

    Hey Lila!  I think I found the same ones and thought the same.  At this time we're not using Sponsor Tracking - but I'm looking at S.T vs. Persons vs. Contacts.  I'll pass the news onto the person who asked about it.  As always, thank you! 🙂

    I think that photos for Person records might be on the roadmap, since that's where GS is investing more...
